We offer a 403(b)-Tax Deferred Annuity Plan with a 5% company contribution of your eligible compensation after one year of employment. In addition, the Food Bank currently pays 100% of medical and dental premiums for eligible employees and 50% for their dependents. Other benefits include 100% company paid employee vision coverage, 100% company paid employee Life, AD&D, LTD insurance, a Pre-Tax Flexible Benefit Plan, paid holidays and Flexible Time Off (FTO) starting at 20 days per year.

Food Resources Representative
The purpose of this position is to develop and secure product donations that will provide an expanded supply of nutritious food and maximize the variety of food and non-food products for low-income individuals in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.Warehouse Volunteer Services Specialist
A shared position between Operations and Volunteer Services to insure that all food and non-food products are received, stored and sorted by volunteers in a safe and orderly manner and made accessible for distribution with an emphasis on providing a positive volunteer experience.
